Even if it’s a one time thing and you really don’t need full planning help, we can do that. We just want to help make this the best day of your life. Consultation ranges from $30/hr-$60/hr depending on service needed.
Day of Coordination
This is what most people need help with, because the last thing you need to be worrying about on your big day is coordinating your guests and vendors! The Day Of Coordination service includes a meeting meet with you 1-2 months before the wedding to wrap up final details, a face-to-face meeting or phone conference with each vendor, a site visit, assistance with the ceremony rehearsal and the creation of a final customized ‘day-of’ timeline for both your vendors and the bridal party. This is probably when you’ll have the most questions, and we’re here for you! You may contact us as many times as you want through email or by phone during this time! The more we chat, the better you’ll feel, and the smoother your day will go! Day Of Coordination prices range from $1200 to $1800 depending on the type of additional consultation needed.
Design and Decorations
We started out as craft freaks, so making decorations and figuring how and where to set them up is right up our alley! If you need help making handmade guest favors, or any kind or DIY decorations, we can help! We love that! Twine balls, painted Wedding in Progress signs, crepe paper flowers, we can do it all! Prices range from $300 to $500 depending on amount of decorations needed.

If you’re looking for something that’s a little more simplistic, in a more ‘just freshly picked from the garden and thrown together’ kind of way, then our sweet little flower arrangements might be exactly what you’re looking for. They’re simple, subtle and still so beautiful. The best part? You’re in total control! You just tell us your budget, the kind of flowers you like and the color and we’ll hand pick them from the local flower mart and put them together ourselves. Your budget can be as small as $500 and we promise they’ll still look beautiful. Prices for flowers range from $500 to $800 depending on the quantity of arrangements needed.
Full Service Event Planning
If you need someone to be there from start to finish, we can do that too. Full service planning includes help with vendor research, setting up appointments and negotiating budgets, design and décor advice, unlimited email and phone support, timeline creation and maintenance, as well as all the benefits that both the ‘Day of Coordination’ and ‘Consulting’ services offer. This service can be offered from 1.5yrs to 6months in advance. Its all about what you think you need help with, and how much help you think you actually need. But when it comes to your wedding, investing in ‘help’ might be the best decision you ever made. Full service event planning prices range from $4500-$10,000 depending on the size of the wedding.
